I think the build is trying to do too much, but I like the idea of it.

The one thing I do notice is there is no crippling challenge shot in there, and you will probably need it...along with another challenging strikes move.

The downside to this is you won't be dpsing a lot since your moves will draw aggro from the tanks if you crit a lot AND put challenging strikes on your stuff.

I don't really know how good Mindful Reinforcements and other heals are without PRE, so you might test that beforehand.

The other thing is you really limit yourself on your moves depending on your role. For instance, when you are tanking, Evasive Maneuvers and Smoke Bomb are useless...etc.

Just my initial observations, others may differ.

These powers are all useless without PRE as a super stat. (And Mindful Reinforcement is mostly useless without having *both* PRE and INT as super stats and being in Sentinel Role.)

I very much agree with this.

There are better tanks out there, and the problem you'll run into with CC and CS on your powers is that you'll be regularly pulling aggro from them. If you don't plan on teaming, this isn't such a big deal, but if you plan on teaming, it's very hard to build to Tank, or to not tank in the same build.

Mindful Reinforcement is a steaming pile of... well you get the picture, without Pre as a SS. Most other heals are as well, unlesss you go Dex/Ego and rely on crit heals, which this build is not.

I'd agree with you on all the above except Seraphim. I actually know someone who has 13 Pre, and uses a Con build that Focuses on Defiance, but he falls into Seraphim and Sentinel Role if our healer goes down. Even though his MR couldn't stop the damage from a handful of jellybeans, the heal bonus from Con that Seraphim offers actually puts your healing powers on par with someone not using Seraphim and is just using Pre. Not the most effective, I know, but a Con build with Seraphim can make for an adequate secondary-healer.
