Well first we need to understand your goals with regards to the build. Are you trying to be a tanky survivor? Are you trying to deal more damage? Are you going for something in between?

Without knowing those answers....here are some suggestions:

Gigabolt: get rid of Death Arc and take rank3

Nanobot Swarm: get rank3 instead of rejuv. injectors

Vapor Form: get rid of it, unless it's there for concept reasons. Pretty useless otherwise.

Uppercut: get rid of if since your passive does not buff its dmg. If you really want a melee power that will work with elec form, get Laser Sword.

Venemous Breath: get rid of that, for the same reason as Uppercut

Snow Storm: again...your passive doesn't help you here. Take the Electric Storm instead or Grab Invocation of the Storm Calling from Sorcery (or both :P)

Devour Essence: get rid of it, no buffs from Electric Form! Gigabolt is all you need. If you like the heal then grab Bionic Shield with the adv. It's much better, esp since you use Nanobot Swarm and Electric Form.

Thundering Kicks: it's good, but Vixy has trouble understanding what a viable use-case would be in this build....you certainly don't want to be tanking (if this is a pve build) since you have an off. passive. So Crippling Challenge is not useful here. If this is for pvp then you want Crippling Challenge on a ranged power since your best attack is ranged (Gigabolt).

Overall tip:
If you're going for damage and taking an offensive passive, like electric form, make sure that it buffs the damage of your attacks. If you really want to vary your dmg types (use both uppercut and gigabolt) then you're better off with a defensive passive or another passive, like Quarry, that benefits all of your attacks, etc.

Since you are using electric form, you want to grab electorcute with the adv. to help you manage incoming damage from enemies.

I disagree with Kamokami in one thing

The quarry...sorry it does not work for any energy builders...pets...area of effects or for pretty much any thing that isnt a sinlge target attack....its amount it gives you for energy back is pathetic...you might as well just get definace or some form power toggle if you want energy back....oh thats right lighting does give energy back.

Also Quarry is a slotted passive....you wont be able to have any other slotted passive with it.

I do agree with everything else though...

You need to decide what you are going to make...

I myself tend to take powers like regen and defience and ligthing reflexes and invulnerability for my slotted passives....since i hate being a character that cant take on tough enemies made for a team of 4 or more.

Strongly suggest you test your build inthe training room of the power house if you decide to try quarry for example.

Its an eye opener ...easily tells you what works and what doesnt..

If you DO take quarry then take the Fair Game advantage with it, then it becomes a decent offensive passive

Hehe))
If you want Nanobot user you should take a look at those powers:
- Prestilence - looks like a cloud of colored dust around you, ads more toxic dmg to atacks and in close range just poisones everything around you.
- Regeneration - FX of regeneration looks more suitable for nanobots.
- Defile - a big green ball of goo with dust - like a big Swarm of Nanobots thrown at target, also reduce toxic resistance (I smell synergy here!)
- Resurrection serrum with Reanumator (injection of nanites that rises dead)
- Snow storm - you release all nanites from your body as an AoE
- Fire form (colored green) - well, that is what you want instead of Elctric form (period). As it buffes your toxic dmg, Defile+fire form+Toxic nanites - will kill nearly everything in your path.

So i suggest to star with Supernatural, since it has 95% of all toxic and prestilence attacks, that can be turned into nanobots by adding techno-clean-and-shiny look to character.
