While working on my might/Electric tank toon, I saw that sparkstorm not only gave threat, but a knockback. I immediately thought "Great! some extra threat and something to buff up aggressor!"

Sadly that combo does not work. the Threat level thing helps but it doesnt proc aggressor. I would like to know if it was intensional or not that it doesnt proc with it.
