Ok, so a certain theme builds don't work thread got me thinking about making a new character. Then not being able to use the head I wanted on PTS made me amend it further. Now I'm down to two questions, one I think I know the answer to and the other I don't.
Question 1: Left arm or right arm as cybernetic? I'm thinking right would make sense, as this character mostly uses beastial attacks, the uses the BFO axe for Reaper's Embrace. I think it fits better if the axe comes from the mechanical arm as it's sudden appearance/disappearance can be more easily explained as the axe being a part of the mechanical arm. But I think he looks good both ways...
Question 2: He looks better with horns, right?

I would say no horns. As for the left/right issue, why not do both? Just put them on two costume slots, and switch back and forth. The one you feel most comfortable with will make itself apparent soon enough.

i feel like left (the first of the two where the axe WASNT in it) looked better to me, but given your point about the explanation im not sure (not that explanation really matters in a game where using a chainsaw on a common criminal is legal... :D

No horns? Really? Hu...
I do like my characters to have an internal consistency. I always know their motives and generally some idea of a back story for them. If something feels wrong, I struggle with it and the character won't work as well for me. Before I start playing a character I need to know who they are, how they became a superhero, what they want, why they do it, what powers they have and why.
This is why I was asking about left-handed powers not so long ago :) I have a guy whose weapon is held in his right hand and is not easy to take off (a hooded katar),but he has access to magic as well as melee, so: he has to cast with just his left hand.
I also struggle when I've got all the thematic powers I need and have space left over in the build :(
This guy, I started from the seed of the idea for a build someone else had then made the outfit with the brief of "a deamon". Bit vague, I know. I was just making a daemon, but then fancied giving him a robotic arm. This then progressed to a robotic right foot too (great for havoc stomp that only uses the right foot to stamp on a tap). Bits and peices of the costume came together as I played with it. Then I went to PTS to test out the build and the monstrous head option didn't work, so I changed it to something else I liked. This amended the backstory as it wouldn't work otherwise (I was already pushing it with the robotic arm).
So now I have a daemon who was captured by an UNTIL scientist (who was starting to go a bit rogue) who took the battle damaged beast and managed to use cybernetic and robotic parts to improve it and take control of it. The scientist got shut down (Oooh. Nemisis idea...) but UNTIL decided to keep the daemoic robot and see how well it could do. For now. He's not yet aware of the kill switch they've added.
I'm planning on taking Ebon Void as his block power (partly cause I've not used that block before) and I think that will look better on a flesh left arm. If I decde to go for LK I'd change it over to have a robotic left arm.

I like the look of the right arm being robotic and the left being demonic not sure abot the horns they look kinda stuck on due to the change in colour.
Maybe use gradent effect you get on horns to take them from the silver of the head to the dark blue deamon colour.

Cheers MESS, really appreciate your input on this one :)
The horns do start off silver at the very base, but it's hard to see. Heres a few options that I was looking at:

The middle one is the current look, the one on the left has more definition at the base (the natural design doesn't really have that defined line...)

Simply for color reasons I would choose the horns on the top left.
