1. Get rid of the 5 second delay on Targeting Computer. It's ridiculous in comparison to the much better energy return abilities of other frameworks which not only get energy management built into their version of an offensive form (ie electrical form) but also the fact that they even get yet another energy management tool (ie reverberations) on top of that. Even worse, PA toggles cost more energy to run and even have energy penalties on top of that than the attacks on many of those other frameworks, adding insult to injury IMO.
2. You removed the AoE cone from chest beam in beta, yet left it on gigabolt and force cascade? I see no reason for that, especially in light of the above.
3. In summary you've created a framework that has inferior energy management than others, and requires much more effort in managing toggles to achieve the same dps other ranged sets can for much less effort. The only reason I can possibly see for this is that you feel the debuff in chest beam, and the teflon coated rounds advantage in minigun make up for all that. That doesn't even approach being an equal trade off.

I always felt like PA was the red headed step child of power frameworks. And it was the one I was looking most forward to. But the whole toggle thing felt awkward to me, and ate up so much energy.
It's definitely one that needs to be (and eventually will, as they are doing so with all other frameworks) looked at.

i think the increased energy costs of multiple toggles could use a relook. the penalty is wee bit too high imo

when you can tinker with 1 power pick that creates the condition required for a reverberation power to kick in almost non-stop
when you can build numerous framework combos that have much higher damage, survival, and buffs/debuffs that run with almost non-stop energy without even touching your energy builder...
yep, I think it needs another look among the other posted requests above.
