I have some ideas for some Edomite Kings that are modeled after the 7 deadly sins. These Edomite Kings are far worse than the other kings. I have come up with the concept of 4 of them, if anyone could think of the concept for the other 3 and how they got imprisoned, be my guest.
The King of Wrath and Fury: He is the reason why man fight against his own brother out of anger and hate. He is the reason why a man lash out without thinking and the reason why arguments occur. If a fight is started out of anger or if a man attack another without provocation, it is the work of the King of Wrath and Fury. He has the appearance of a fiery demon. He is imprisoned in a volcano
The Queen of Lust and Seduction: She is the reason why man commits adultry and women go in to prostitution. If a man leaves his lover to sleep with another woman, then he succums to the wiles of the Queen of Lust and Seduction. This Edomite queen looks like a voluptuous scantily cladded woman with horns and batwings and wears a jeweled crown. She is imprisoned in a coffin and buried 1000 feet below a glacier. The exact location of her prison is never found.
The Queen of Vanity: She is the reason why people think of only themselves and look down on others. She gives people the foolish notion to think of themselves as high and mighty and that they a better than anyone. Haughtiness and self righteousness are the mechinizations of the Queen of Vanity. The Queen of Vanity has the appearance of a beautiful female noble. She is sealed in a magical mirror after being tricked into gloating about her beauty and seeing her "perfection" within it.
The King of Greed: He is the reason why a man is never content and never satisfied. He is why a man desires to get more than should. He is why a man would rob and steal from his neighbor. If a man is not content with what he already has and seek more, then he is ensnared by the King of Greed. The King of Greed looks like a charismatic merchant and looks humanish like the Queen of Vanity. He is imprisoned in a enchanted jewel box within a sealed treasure room.
The King of Sloth:
The king of Envy:
The King of Gluttony:
What if the Kings got free and cause total chaos and the heroes have to re-imprison them and have to figure out which procedure to imprison which king(s).
The King of Wrath and Fury: He is the reason why man fight against his own brother out of anger and hate. He is the reason why a man lash out without thinking and the reason why arguments occur. Oh, a fight against the Kings of Edom? Here's the mission entry text for that: "You enter the ruins in search of your targets. As you do so, you can't help but notice you've been blasted into a smoldering pile of ashes."

Was pretty sure the Kings of Edom were modeled after the Outer Gods of Lovecraft's lore, creatures totally incomprehensible to mankind with perhaps one ( Nyarlathotep ) that even seems to bother with something as mundane as messing with humanity. The rest just want to devour all of existence.

like the ideas but they would be effectively more powerful that doc. destroyer SO the lvl cap might have to be raised before these badies could be put into the story line

Hmmm sounds like an interesting concept...however instead of making them an off set of the Kings of Edom..why not make them their own group? They could basicly just be a group of demons that were imprisioned 1000s of years ago. And if they were ever able to get free..the emotions of greed, lust, rage, envy and so on would grow stronger causing wide spread chaos. That having been said..I like your ideas for ones that you have listed. The Kings of Sloth, Envy and Gluttony, would be a bit tricky to do. Seeing as how Sloth and Gluttony aren't really as seen as being as evil as the others. And Envy is rather close to that of Greed.
Perhaps the best way to do Envy would be to have him be in cohoots with Greed..sort of like a right hand man or something like that. Then again I'm sure there's a way to pull of Envy by himself..I just fear that in doing so Envy might just seem like a repeat fight with Greed.
As for Gluttony...that sin is generally seen as being a symbol for over eating..though it really means the act of one over indulging themselves in a certain thing. So that having been said...Gluttony could be displayed as the desire to have an over indulgance in any given thing..whether it be power, wealth, love..or even food. He is depicted as an over weight monstrous creature. Who has been entrapped inside a large boulder.
Sloth..I'm not sure how sloth would be done...perhaps some one else can take a crack at it lol.
