For some reason i can see all the bloom effects through objects, like the sun through buildings and what not. I messed with the video options for some time and i cant seem to get it to stop, and i really hate to turn the bloom off since it makes everything so pretty and what not.

Attach your DxDiag and let's see what you've got.

It sounds like it might be a driver issue.
