I'd hazard a guess to say that they do - but they only have so many people to work on answering those tickets.

they should hire more then, they're gonna lose business

and I suppose I should specify two days so far

and it's not mine, it's my girlfriend's who cryptic suddenly doesn't believe owns the game, so she's just about to call her credit card company and reverse the charges for that time she can't use and give up on the game.

Like 80% of the stuff that happens in the game can be resolved without GM support. What is your particular issue? Maybe we can help?

Pick up the phone and give them a call - see if that puts her in touch with them faster.

So your issue is that Cryptic somehow isn't registering that your GF owns the game and has an account. Yet they are still charging the monthly rate? If that's the case, well i have no idea what the problem is. They may require more information to act upon imho. such as what you/she has done with the game that would potentially cause their system to not pick up a record of your/her game.

Can she still get into the game and play? or does it lock her out at login with some sort of invalid username/password?
