Characters that I created about three months ago don't show up there. And they're now level 15, so they're not below the level 5 limit. A search there finds the first few characters I made, and no others will appear. One could attribute this to only sporadically updating the database that it searches. But three months without any update?

I stopped bothering with that thing long ago. The toons I made don't even show up under the "My Characters" tab on the main page.

Remember when Blizzard Entertainment tried to make a WoW Encyclopedia on their website and it faltered after just 2 articles?

Maybe it's a lot like that. It started out strong and they then realized that they would not be able to keep something of such magnitude running and up to date.
