I have a character trapped in Canada, and unable to leave the zone, whatsoever. No hideout, no Powerhouse, no alerts, and no other zones. Any attempt to leave logs me off, and gives me that error message.

There are posts going back to 2010 with this same problem, and no solution forthcoming. Has anyone else who has experienced this bug ever been able to fix it? Thanks! :D

I'm having the same issue; it's persisted for two days now. I would really like a response and fix, as it's rendered my character almost unplayable.

Every time i try to enter a different map , Im getting CANNOT TRANSFER CHARACTER error - boots me to login screen , Seems to only happen from Ren Cen zone 1.
