Edges of bar buildings, cars, etc have that discontinuous, clunky look that usually happens when anti-aliasing is off.
The thing is, I usually fix it by turning AA on, but in this game, turning it on means I have to remove the comic outlines, and NO WAY I'm going to do that.
I've seen people with the comic outlines and perfectly smooth edges at the same time. What kind of option do I have to enable for that?

PD: Oh and also, why am I limited to 2 lights per object? The bar just won't slide any further.

You can get comic outline with AA on, you just have to enable Postprocessing to do this as well.
