Also, FEELTHETHUNDER, I'm sorry, maybe I had you pegged wrong. You made a post that was clearly directed at me in what seemed like a negative light, and being that I don't know much about your stance on anything I assumed you were with that group. |

I don't generally follow groups. I state my views based on my observations, colored by my preferences and life experience, and sometimes those views fall in with those of others. But I don't arbitrarily jump on bandwagons.
And my previous posts state clearly my views on Gravitar and Warlord.

...you know, though I still consider defending bad content design a problem.. having run a few successful runs on post-balance Gravi.. she actually is pretty fun now. Broken elements seem gone, so now only actual enjoyment remains.
Good work Cryptic.

No, all it needed was a rebalance to fix the broken mechanics -- which it received to the breaking of the masochists' hearts, poor them, woe is they.
Stop being a troll, Polish. It's bloody tiresome and you only make yourself look less and less reputable when you do it.

All you do with each post is make yourself look like a bigger ego maniac.

Actually, no I'm not. Your opinions have been proven to be the worst sort of trollish, uneducated drivel with no actual understanding of game blance, and I've ept this up more out of pity or the possibility that, foolishly, you might actually eventually say something worthwhile as you seem, at least at a glance, intelligent -- as I tend to give credit for to most of the forum crowd here.
But in short, you're either a petty little troll, or so helplessly ignorant that no amount of water-leading will get you drinking anything but the kool-aid, so.. yeah.
Not worth acknowledging your existence anymore . / ignore

No one else in the alert but me could survive her cascade spam. I was eating the cascades and everything else on top of that, as I was tanking her in melee. A few people rage quit as they repeatedly got one shotted. I think we had about seven when she was around half health.
Those of us that stuck it out tried our very hardest, but the healer kept getting one shot by random cascade spam. Everyone but me wiped from it eventually, and I stayed alive for a full two minutes alone, with no help. Cycling my AD, heals, etc, and putting out enough damage to keep my crit rate up from Mental Discipline.
The healer got back up and rezzed people, so surely we can win now, right? Nope, she starts the cascade spam again, and the healer drops like a fly again. The healer is the first to be targeted and everyone else but me falls over like dominoes after that.
At this point, I basically considered the situation, the healer got one shot, got back up, then got one shot again, then got back up again, and almost immediately died again. Said healer's self res is on cooldown for another few minutes, and this is going to keep happening over and over because, big surprise, Gravitar is completely broken. So I just decided to hell with it and just stood there and let her kill me. There was really no point, even if the healer did have infinite self reses, we would have been there all night as this broken crap happened over and over.
No one else in the group could withstand the damage. Given people's power usage, I'm pretty sure we were AT heavy as well. These people don't even have the option to use a different build, they're stuck with what they're dealt.

Hrr... they're still brutal but didn't seem to hit as fast / back to back as much anymore, and blocking seemed to absorb more of it than previous.
More research may be required...
