Had to create an entirely new account in order for me to post here. It seems I have lost my life-time gold subscribed account named SuperGwenny with my characters Gwendolyn Frost and Mirabel Mobious.

I tried changing passwords multipul times in a vained attempt to get acces to it again and the e-mail said if that doesn't help I should try and "recover" my account, but when I try that link I get sent to the star trek site saying something about;

Help please.

Did you just link your sto account over from cryptic to pwe? If so that sounds similar to a problem I had, It took a little while and I had to start using the pwe account to log into co and not my cryptic account. Even though you changed over on the sto side of things your co and sto account are connected.

Try logging in with your pwe information if that is what happened.

I tried linking my Cryptic account with the account I have on Perfect World, but it says "incorrect username or password". When I press "forgot password" and get the mail to change it and try it again it still says "incorrect username or password". Then I try the link to recover my Cryptic account and I get sent to Star Trek Online saying that "Halt Cader" thing. I never even played Star Trek, I only played Champions Online.

and when I log in with my Perfect World account I don't have my characters or life-time gold subscription.

I'm having the same issue. I can log into STO the game just fine but I cannot log into the website to view/change/make purchases on my account. I've Linked my account with PWE but when I try to log into my PWE account, it says "Ivalid Username/Password." Same thing when I went to Account Recovery, it said there is no account by this username/e-mail in their records, even though when I tried to register a new PWE account, it said that username, forum name and password are already in use.

This only just happened when they brought the Web Site down for maintenance on June 21st or 22nd. Just the day before, when I linked my account and could log into the STO website just fine.

I have no problem with logging into the CO website or game, although when I log out in game to switch characters, it won't let me log back in, saying "Invalid Username or Password", thus I have to exit the game completely and relaunch to log back in.
