Hello
İ have a login problem.A couple of weeks ago;i had changed my password.and everything went good;except while entering to the my character login menu.What i mean is;i log out,in order to select another hero.But when i enter my name and password;the system says it's wrong.but i can enter the CO launcher,Perfect world and the Champions Online 's Website Login.And i've endured it until now.
Please help me people.

If it's your Perfect World account, is it possible you're trying to log into a Cryptic account in game, but not in the launcher?

Nope;i always select perfect world option;because i've merged my two accounts(perfect world+cryptic).And my account's latest login option type is connected only to the Perfect World.But still;it does not let me log in :(

log ins case sensitive so i get that sometimes if i forgot to caps lock at right spot on pw
a friend had this happen and a pw change fixed it

I'm having same problem, just with my Cryptic account and there are no caps or anything, all is as it should be it just won't log in and keeps saying password invalid, I have to exit the game and restart it just to switch character thats a real pain.

Ad least now I know I'm not the only one with that problem.

Same issue here. Star Trek Online is even worse. I can't even log into the forums, even though I can log into the game from the launcher just fine. What's worse, the support ticket form on the website is broke and won't let you even complete or send the ticket.
