This is the problem, no one is listening to all of us that are telling them that the resource limit needs to be raised ...... Now that all of the content is free there needs to be a way to raise the resource limit for the silver player.......
They are going to start losing Silver player because the limit is a joke ..... soon is may be too late as people are already leaving because of this limit being too low .....
Do the right thing Cryptic, add an increase to the resource limit to the C-Store just like you did in Star Trek Online ....
I bet you guys made out like bandit when that was added to the C-Store :).......

I used to on-again-off-again subscribe to Gold and could switch my Silver AT characters back and forth between Gold and Silver status for free while keeping the AT the same, but my sub lapsed around the same time that Retrain tokens were launched in the C-Store and I spent a good 3 to 4 weeks locked out of my top 5 AT characters due to not being able to convert them for free. Customer Service insisted this was by design and that I would have to purchase retrain tokens for EACH character I wanted to convert back to Silver, even if the AT was not changed. Finally caught a break with global Retrains being granted to every character on every player account, but since then I have never even considered risking that nightmare again and will be staying Silver in perpetuity. I highly advise keeping separate accounts, one for your Silver characters and one for your Gold characters, as trying to go back and forth between Gold and Silver status on a single account is just begging for trouble.

Well I've gone to gold and back to silver 3 times now, and things do get worse. I personally wouldn't keep separate accounts considering all the time and effort that goes into one, but I know all too well why someone would recommend at least considering it. Easily the worst experience I've ever had as far as customer support, at least most of the automation is reliable.

Don't remember getting any global retrains offered to me, though.

REtrains what this just earned purchased or a Free if they did a major Archetype change like that month?
Ive only seen them post One-way and no switch back.. So when i started converting i looked at Levels and which types would be free and how much the others would cost to buy back and made a priority list
then compared it to testing available missions to the Alerts and Comics series play time and experience..
Things seem ok.. but the loss of inv slots for 16 characters is not cheap.. also retaining C-store purchase confirmation mails for back up if any bought slots aren't recognized solved some troubles early one...
I have a few Toons that have been in-active for 645 days as LVL 40's do to radical changes to their Free-forms if they went Silver they would not be what i envisioned at Creation... Their Closed- Beta Versions Surrendered their Full Frenetic Energy to test and test.. So having some Pantomime version of them would be
just hollow... "~So They took an Arrow to the Ego and retired-"
