Um I haven't played in a while since the update to the new look. And now the premium archetype I bought is gone? does anyone know why? How can I get it back?

Oh and all my heroes I created are gone?

Have you logged into the game? If you haven't played in a while all your chars will have been archived and you will need to log in for them to appear.

Make sure you're using the correct account.

Just out of curiosity.. how come people seem to always assume everyone check the webpage for their characters and not the game? :S I didn't think people really do that :S

Barring being hacked, that is pretty much the only place people "lose" their characters. If they log into the game itself, they would see the characters. Though, Espergium makes a good point for those that have made more than one account at some point. :D
