When you open the launcher, but before you click to launch the game, there should be an option for "safe mode". Choose that option and it'll launch the game on minimal settings. If the graphical issue doesn't happen in safe mode, go through step-by-step and turn on 1 feature at a time. Keep repeating the process until the issue starts happening again. Once it does, you'll know what feature is the culprit.

Also, make sure you're running the latest drivers and perhaps get a program like CPUID HWMonitor to make sure nothing is running very hot on your computer.

Post your system specs so we can give some feedback...

Hope that helps!

^This

Looks very much like either a Driver Problem, or Overheating.

Run DxDiag and post results. Or system specs or anything that people can see what you got.

Totally borrowed this from other thread:

Quote:
Windows XP: Click Start, select Run. Type in DXDIAG. Select OK.
Windows 7: Click Start, type DXDIAG, hit Enter.

A large gray window with lots of tabs will open up. Toward the bottom will be a button with "Save All Information..." on it. Click this, and it will ask you where you want to save the dxdiag.txt file. Find and open the file, and then paste it into this thread. It is generally a very large file, so you may have to post it across multiple posts. Alternatively, upload it somewhere or attach it to your post.
