Due to the fact that I already have a tank and that Heavy Weapons wants to be DPS so badly, I decided to slightly redo Miss Justice. And this time she doesn't suck!
PowerHouse (Link to this build)
Name: Miss Justice
Archetype: Freeform
Super Stats:
Level 6: Super Dexterity (Primary)
Level 10: Super Strength (Secondary)
Level 15: Super Intelligence (Secondary)
Talents:
Level 1: The Fist
Level 6: Coordinated
Level 9: Martial Focus
Level 12: Acrobat
Level 15: Physical Conditioning
Level 18: Healthy Mind
Level 21: Body and Mind
Specializations:
Dex Tree:
-Gear Utilization 3
-Brush it Off 2
--Deadly Aim 3
--Expose Weakness 2
Warden:
-Fortified Gear 3
-Ruthless 2
--Best Defense 3
--Tenacious 2
Vindicator:
-Aggressive Stance 2
-Merciless 3
--Rush of Battle 3
--Modified Gear 2
Dex Mastery
Powers:
Level 1: Bludgeon
Level 1: Cleave (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 6: Decimate (Crippling Challenge, Nailed to the Ground)
Level 8: Way of the Warrior (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 11: Eruption (Magma Burst)
Level 14: Evasive Maneuvers (Sleight of Mind)
Level 17: Bountiful Chi Resurgence (Rank 2, Resurgent Reiki)
Level 20: Molecular Self-Assembly
Level 23: Aggressor (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 26: Masterful Dodge (Unfettered Strikes)
Level 29: Parry (The Elusive Monk)
Level 32: Conviction (Reverence)
Level 35: Brimstone (Aftershock)
Level 38: Unleashed Rage
Travel Powers:
Level 6: Heroic Flight (Rank 2, Rank 3, Fanfare)
Level 35: Acrobatics
Her attack chain, for things that live long enough to need a chain, is Decimate, Eruption, Cleave, Cleave, Cleave, Evasive Maneuvers, repeat.
This makes sure I get Enraged and Aggression stacked, boosts my Dodge, and makes sure that Decimate disorients every time, since that buffs Eruption and Cleave. I would have put Skewer or Anihilate on here, but to be honest the damage wasn't that much better and I hate knockback. With three powers coming off of cool down all the time and SS Int, I should be getting plenty of energy from MSA.
For specs I decided to go for more crits over the dodge bonuses, since I already get plenty of that from my powers. The heal on kill from Vindicator is a nice quality of life improvement, but the big bonus here is the circular Offense/Defense stacking from the Best Defense and Aggressive Stance. I'm still not sure whether I want Dex Mastery or Warden, so any advice there would be nice. I'm leaning towards Dex though.
As always, I love criticism for my builds, so rip 'er apart. :D
PS. Crippling Challange is in case I ever want to PvP at some point, this is not a tank and that's why I have Sleight of Mind.

Don't leave the Powerhouse with her. Upcoming changes to Enrage and Aggressor will render this, Mina Rose, and most any other brick-tab character obsolete. See PTS for details, or wait till I can post from a keyboard instead of my tablet.

I've been on PTS. The Enrage change won't be for a few weeks at the least and it comes with a free retcon. i just wanted to try out a Rage/Aggressor build before the change.
Thanks for the warning though. there aren't really a lot of people signed up for PTS so we probably should at least get the word out that Enrage builds are going to need a complete redo after the patch.
So, you didn't notice anything especially wrong with the build aside from it's impending obsolescence?
EDIT; Actually, if they don't mess with Cleaves ability to stack enrage all the update will mean for this build is that I can get IDF instead of Aggressor. :D

Heh...nope. Enrage and IDF are both Form-type powers, and thus mutually exclusive. Ye lose Aggressor because it's an AO now, and ye can't pick up IDF without conflicting with Enrage.
So...yeah.
Anyways. Enrage/Heavy Weapons builds always look weird to me without Super Strength, but if we ignore that for a moment, it looks perfectly reasonable. Whacky critdodge shenanigans aren't the norm for Heavy Weapons, but then again the norm for HW is about to stop being the norm.
Blrrgh.

I didn't realize that IDF actually stopped Enraged! stacks, I thought it just couldn't be used with the toggle itself.
Still, assuming they bring the base damage of Brick powers back to pre-pass levels, which they should, then that just frees up some advantage points for me. Honestly, I don't know what I would get instead if I can't get IDF on here...
And while strength is not my primary SS I should still have plenty of it. Especially since the disorient from Decimate doubles the knock height of Eruption. :D

I'm going to be stuck as a Devastator for a while, so here's my new build:
PowerHouse (Link to this build)
Name: Miss Justice (Devastator)
Archetype: The Devastator
Super Stats:
Level 6: Super Strength (Primary)
Level 10: Super Recovery (Secondary)
Level 15: Super Constitution (Secondary)
Talents:
Level 1: The Devastator
Level 7: Physical Conditioning
Level 12: Relentless
Level 15: Martial Focus
Level 20: Acrobat
Level 25: Impresario
Level 30: Quick Recovery
Powers:
Level 1: Bludgeon (Until Morale Improves)
Level 1: Cleave (Rank 2, Rank 3, Accelerated Metabolism)
Level 6: Eruption (Rank 2, Magma Burst)
Level 8: Unstoppable (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 11: Decimate
Level 14: Guard
Level 17: Skullcrusher (Rank 2, Rank 3, Put Them Down)
Level 22: Arc of Ruin (Rank 2, No Quarter)
Level 27: Aggressor
Level 32: Earth Splitter (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 40: Brimstone (Rank 2, Aftershock)
Travel Powers:
Level 6: Heroic Flight (Rank 2, Rank 3, Fanfare)
Level 35: Power Flight (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Aggressor is 99.8% garaunteed to be a placeholder for the new Enrage toggle, and if I'm really, really good this year then Santa will bring me Thermal Reverb for Christmas instead of Earth Splitter.
I don't know how I'm speccing this yet except for the initial Str spec.
Physical Peak 3
Quick Recovery 2
Overpower 3
Brutality 2
I didn't get Agression because I have an offensive passive, and I have access to the Best Defense but not Aggressive Stance, so extra offense doesn't really help me much. The heal, while very minor, is actually of use.
Any suggestions for speccing?
