Has anyone had any luck donning the Demonchest piece in the Tailor?

(I purchased it from the Unity Recognition vendor, but I believe it may also be a drop since I've seen it in the Auction House. Buying the Recognition version made the AH version appear grayed out, so I'm assuming they're the same.)

The piece is not showing up for me, even though the vendor confirms that I already unlocked it. And, yeah, I checked on both male and female toons, just in case.

I submitted a ticket and had a couple of back-and-forths with a GM who...

• First told me to visit the Tailor and check for the piece, which of course I had already done and found it missing or I wouldn't have submitted the ticket.
• Second, said that I should look for the Cowl Wide piece in the Tailor, which I had on my characters before the purchase and is not the same piece.
• Finally left me with a boilerplate response saying that it may be a bug and I should submit a bug report.

So before I submit another Ticket, I figured I'd check and see if I'm the only one having this problem or if others are finding the piece at the Tailor. (And, yeah, I'm totally open to the idea that I'm just not seeing it as I try all the options... just ask my wife about how many times I complain that I can't find my car keys when I'm holding them right there in my hands!)

As a curious question,

Are you trying to use this on the character that unlocked it? Sloth has noticed several dozen pieces that are only unlocking on a per character basis.

I have the same problem and bug reported it. When you buy it a note pops up midscreen
"you have purchased 1 use of this item"
Not highlighted, just plain red text

After 1 character has used it, it is no longer on your list at the tailor. I checked on the one who had used it to make sure I was looking in the right place.

I have this on demon legs & collar, someone else said lemurians peices are doing it too.

Hopefully this doesn't mean, account wide unlock is for one use, then you have refarm tokens to use on another character.

Also anyone who has a recognition travel power ( I have bat flight, & 2 ooze travels)
if I try to use an ab ility it says "must have a target" drone don't need a target.
also the door menus don 't show up and the cursor stays grey . I have to deactivate it to use anything with a menu list.

Digging actually has this same function already. Basically from what Sloth can tell you aren't corporeal enough to use objects when Digging/Oozing/A swarm of bats.

I don't use digging or tunnelling much, due to getting stuck.... really bad steering. You should see me using crash into things, I mean flight

So Scarab Flight allows the use of doors?

That would be quite intriguing as Bat Flight does not!

Digging and Ooze traveling work almost identically from what Sloth can tell. Sloth can't really remember a time when you could open a door while digging though...

I have the same problem with Demon Gloves of Recongnition. I want to send in a ticket but I can't find where to do it now.

Just noticed that the "Arcane 3" pattern for capes is also missing... UNLESS you happen to switch the material over to "Metal."

I also don't have the Demonchest. I bought it, sure, but it won't come up when I search for it in the CC, and I've tried every permutation of "chest armor" I can think of; still, nothing.

As for the Arcane 3 pattern, the other DEMON pieces I got were the same way (except for the chest piece I mentioned); the only difference is they only came up under "cloth" (gloves and collar).

It would be cool if they came in the other materials (leather and metal), but at least I have them!
