Again they did the same thing and wrote technical stuff that I didn't understand. I'm not too happy about this. I hope they made some changes soon because I'm getting frustrated. I mean, everything on my computer is up to date and they tell me the same thing. THey told me to unistall Padno. Do I really need it or is it important in the game????

I'm reinstalling the game to see what happens after I unistall Pando. Maybe that's the problem. I have no idea. I'm getting frustrated and I wish that the tech people know that this is happening.

And I just realized that when I came back to Champions Online, my characters were gone. I winbder if I have to register with Perfect World in order to get Champions Online to load properly. Once again, confused and unhappy!

they will again be visible after you have played.
For re-installing you really only need your ChampionsOnline.exe, just copy it into a new directory and it
will install everything via the patcher.

I meant my toons from my game are gone. I keep installing the game and everytime I load the game crashes and I'm left with an error. I even ticketed these people twice and it's like they're not making sense about what I have to doi. I feel like it goes one ear and out the other.
I'll wait till the Cryptic people fixes the problem.

Ok, I see that I'm not the only one on this forum that is having the same problem.

The quick way to narrow your problem down is with the answer to this question: What graphics card/adapter/chip do you have?

I have no idea. Not to sound stupid but how do you check that? I'm not really a tech person. If you tell me what to do then I can do it without a problem.

Windows XP: Click Start, select Run. Type in DXDIAG. Select OK.
Windows 7: Click Start, type DXDIAG, hit Enter.
A large gray window with lots of tabs will open up. Toward the bottom will be a button with "Save All Information..." on it. Click this, and it will ask you where you want to save the dxdiag.txt file. Find and open the file, and then paste it into this thread. It is generally a very large file, so you may have to post it across multiple posts. Alternatively, upload it somewhere or attach it to your post.
The file will tell us about your system and help isolate probable problems.
