And you're sure you're logged out of the website? Cause that's what happens when I'm logged in, the reset link takes me to the main page. When when I'm logged out it takes me to the password reset page.

Wow that was incredibly frustraiting. I never received my password reset emails. i tried resetting my password literally 20 times or more and none of them ever reached my inbox or spam folder. I use an old rocketmail account which got bought out by yahoo. So even though i sign into yahoo mail you can still send mail through rocketmail. I'm assuming by how other posters were saying the reset emails were being filtered even before it got to their mailbox or thrown into their spam folder that these emails were being filtered somewhere a long the way to me. I couldn't even make a support ticket since i couldn't log in my account to check it. Finally i made a ticket through PWE and after 4-5 days i was finally about to resolve the issue. It wasn't until a escalated support agent manually reset my password and sent me a temporary one that i was able to log in and reset my password.

I know you're trying to protect our security and all cryptic but DAMN... that took forever to work out. I'll be changing my email address on my account to "hopefully" avoid this kind of issue in the future.

I'm installing a new video card this weekend.

You could also try using a different browser, that might work.

I did try a few other browsers already, still same problem.

But guess what?
When i finally got my Radeon HD 5850 fixed/returned yesterday and upgraded to the 12.4 drivers (to fix the Anti-Aliasing problem) this problem/bug went away :D

was not great

then i took mail address link to word pad cut/paste to Google same thing no hotlink until i put it
from wordpad back to a chatirc.it was very quick then for google to convert

I had to resubmit many times because of 4 hour window it bounced me back to log in box until i cut/paste
last week.. 2.5 days of the Sad Panda was enough.. 8 mails no hotlinks on them or resets like gamespy does it .. this way had more security .. Even entering all cryptic addresses in contacts MS security flagged first message as potential risk and suspicious..
