I have a few ideas; however, I don't see how I can send a pic of the character. Can you tell me how?

Name: Muckman, Mr Muck, Overgowth, Bramble, Bogbeast (Any of these go with the concept)

Powers: Infernal Supernatural with defiant, clobber and hurl along with maybe havoc stomp or thunderclap (Greenish Yellow Color)
Minions: Druids/Zombies

Backstory: Marty Marécage was a simple man living in the swamplands on the outskirts of Vibora Bay. His family had lived on that lands for centuries and thanks to mixing blood with the original Natives he had a great spiritual connection to the bog. He loved the land like one loved a child and he could have never imagined in a million years anyone would harm his baby, but when ARGENT invaders came onto to his land and started dumping some of their toxic waste in his beautiful bayou Marty wasn't gonna take it lying down.
Marty marched right down into those ARGENT offices and demanded they cease their operation immediately. Of course the brutes just laughed him off.

"Ya can't just do this to my baby! I love this swamp, I won't let you hurt her!"

Marty must've blinked when he said that because before he knew it one of those ARGENT cyborgs was dangling the poor swampboy by his feet. The cyborg officer dipped him headfirst into the toxic swell that was once his precious bog. Marty thrashed and kicked, but it wasn't any use. He was being held down with the strength of 10 men and could feel the strength of 100 men pulling him from beneath the water!

Well, no one has ever seen Marty since then, but according to ARGENT reports that operation group never sent in progress updates. It was only months later that the streets of Vibora had a new bogbeast skulking.

"The marsh will reclaim this concrete monstrosity!"

Name: Lady Eclipse

Powers: Celestial with devour essence and basic shredding claws powers from bestial (All Blood Red powers)
Minions: Vampires

Backstory: The origins of the creatures of the night have an obscure history in our world. Where as it seems in certain points of history the children of the night are not seen for centuries their sickness always returns despite a great absence for these extended periods. At the beginning of every epidemic, however, the sun is not seen for days and a grim blinding light lures lost travelers in the great darkness into it's clutches.

This presence is Lady Eclipse. She is the herald of vampires, her dead eyes seem to extend into an eternal bleakness, yet her body shines brighter than any star in the sky. Her angelic wings comforts those lost in her eclipse, she doesn't kill those that wander into her claws, but their minds are no longer their own and they devote their servitude to her lady-ship.
"Come traveler! Every closer to sanctuary! Oh, but why do you run when you are so close to my embrace?"

Occupation: Dei is the Goddess/God of her/his own religion, the Followers of Chaos. The faith has roots dating back to the cradle of civilization, mainly Assyria,
Abilities: Dei draws power from the faith and belief of her worshippers. This power allows her avatar to take any shape she chooses. It also fuels her magic and spells which are based in the mystical art of Transmogrification, and the manipulation of the Arcane.
Weakness: Like all pagan deities in the Champions Lore she is affected by the Ban set in place on earth as a result of the Crucifiction and must use an Avatar to traverse the realm of Earth outside her places of power. Her vision is "selective" rendering her virtually blind to things she is not seeking or attempting to see. Should her avatar be destroyed she can not manifest again without the needed rituals, accumlated worship and/or sacrifice. Extensive use can exhaust the avatar causing it to dissipate.

Minions: Dei's minions are her Acolyes a collection of mages that worship and do her bidding and many of them were once former members of the Maniacs do to her Millenium City Temple residing in Westside. (DEMON mobs likely resemble them most, and I use the Fire Minions in the Nemesis Creator)
Powerset:Her build is predominantly Might based. She turns her alibaster white skin into solid black marble and decimates her opponents. There are some mystical abilities thrown in for flavor like Void Shift for her lunge, summon shadows, Sword Cyclone and of course Enrage with the growth advantage to watch this tiny woman grow into the enraged goddess she actually is.(Please not that Dei has also been portrayed as a male in the past by some cultures so I have included a male variant of her look)

Name: "The Red Menace", formerly "The Red Bear" aka Colonel Georgi Medvev
Power Set: The Behemoth
Minions: Argent, Mercenaries, Covert Hunter-Patriots.. anyone who looks like a generic merc/vigilante
Backstory:
The player must confront the Red Menace, and try to bring him to justice.. but in doing so, will they learn that the bear is on the scent of a greater crime that must be stopped? Will you arrest Medvev, or ally with him against a greater foe?

Name: Lokisutekh
Power set: Infernal supernatural
Minions: Demons

Backstory: Existing even before the beginning of time, not much is known of the origins of this powerful being. All that is known is that he has impacted several different cultures under several different names just to incite chaos where there is order. If something does not go according to plan, you can bet he was involved somehow. Due to the major influx of soldiers of order and righteousness, he is concocting something most devious. It is up to the heroes to cut these strands of chaos before everyone is entangled.

Name: Arraxus Vikarius (Last name not needed)

Alignment: Neutral Evil

Race: Devil/Demon

Powers: Infernal Supernatural, OR Darkness

Minions: Infernals

Story: He's a cunning fiend who came from Hell to attempt to harvest souls. Using his silver tongue he slithers his way into deals that often benefit him. He grows more powerful with every soul he aquires, having the goal of becoming the most powerful fiend in existence and ruling Hell, along with Earth. He likes to be contrdictory by nature, always pretending to be good to those he needs to in order to get ahead.

(About his appearance, it co-insides with his contradictory nature, he wears holy like armour to look good when he is not)

Eve was an ordinary girl, lived in a rural village with her parents and her lovely puppy. One day she met Kevn Poe, who was on a drivetrough, just wanted some Donuts from the villages Café. He noticed the beautiful country bumpkin and ask her to come with him.
A lot of drugs, partys and other things later they got married. Next morning, after Mr. Poe recognized what he has done, he gave sleepin' Eve two high caliber bullets right in her head and went up to MC.
But she wasn't dead. At a special medical center they could save her life, but at a high cost. Her sanity. And of course,,, her head. After five years in a sanatorium she finally broke out with the help of her trained telekinetic skills. Now it's time for Revenge.

Minions: A bunch of Goonies from her home village (Cowboys)

So many Darkness characters, I feel a little silly with this now - but it's the only one with fear so it's the only one that fits.
She is one of my characters, though I haven't really played her much and the name is different.

Also, not certain how poetic the back story is allowed to be. If I should be more specific about origin, someone let me know.

Backstory:

Shadows peeled from the corners of stone walls, twisting around the limbs of nurses and orderlies.
Their maddened cries deafening those of the patients.

Her pale, withered body floated down the halls and out into the world.
Their little vials still dug in her arms.

They would recall their fears made flesh, chasing them, tearing at them...and the laughter.
The high, shrieking laughter of the nightmare they'd created..

Name: Delusion

Power set: Telekinesis

Minion type: PSI

Backstory: A victim of experiments by PSI to force mental abilities to develop in a person, Delusion lost all memories of his previous life as a result. Eventually escaping from PSI's clutches along with another test subject, they found themselves without any knowledge of their pasts but with incredible telekinetic and telepathic powers at their fingertips. With nothing left to lose Delusion quickly degenerated into a life of crime, manipulating lowly street gangs to do his bidding. Still haunted by his lost past however, he ultimately approached PSI demanding information on him. Medusa appeared more than happy to help Delusion recover his lost memories, but only if he agreed to become an agent for them.

And so Delusion is now a member of PSI, only this time willingly.
