Well hello. I'm about to talk about this sensitive matter that are the new TK bladers because the last changes in EGO and crit severity are putting them in a very bad shape. However, other changes became very beneficial for us.

Vindicator: Merciless R3 / Aggressive stance R2 - > Focused Strikes R3 / Modified Gear R2
Warden: Ruthless R2 / Fortified Gear R3 - > The Best Defense R3 / Upper Hand R2 OR Tenacious R2
Dexterity Mastery.
So let me explain.
With the changes made to EGO, the stat itself does poorly in the hands of a melee character, even TK bladers. You can find all the critsev you want in the DEX tree, aswell as dodge and avoidance bonus.
So you'll go DEX, CON and INT. However, the TK blade damage still depends on EGO, which is why most of my talents are directed toward EGO, so a nice piece of secondary gear will be enough for you to reach the soft cap on the damage that is 70. So to summarize: DEX, CON, INT, and 50-70ish EGO.
>>These are my results so far with Rank 5 modded purple primary gear and decent secondaries.<<
And when going to the entrails of the build:
- Form of the tempest scales on DEX, which is one more reason to choose DEX over EGO, as it gives energy on critical hits. The toggle alone can give you enough energy sustain to chain these Weaponries and Frenzies without even the need to trigger Molecular Self Assembly, combining both just makes you unstoppable.
-Molecular Self Assembly scales on INT, and it will be the other energy source, as you use alot of cooldown triggering powers, TK Wave, TK maelstrom (on which with enough cooldown reduction and INT, can go for only 6s cooldown).
- Telekinetic Wave, Telekinetic Maelstrom, Ego Blade Frenzy will be your AOE tools, in encounters you're feeling fine with, you go in, TK Maelstrom then Ego Blade Frenzy all the way with the leech stacks you manage to get, giving you great cost discount, and letting you going on and on and on. On encounters where you're doubtful about the outcome, charge a Telekinetic Wave for massive amounts of damage (that is buffed by the new EGO softcapped ranged damage, remember!) and knockback, then TK maelstrom and finish the rest with TK Frenzy.
-Ego Weaponry, Ego Blade Annihilation, the tactic is well known, and performs best against bosses. This one can tank the Mega Destroid with no effort. Sustain and stack leeches with Ego Weaponry, then unleash Ego Blade Annihilation, rinse and repeat.
-Evasive Maneuvers will be here for the dodge boost, but also during team based events where there's too much ennemies for you to handle alone, use this power, get dodge boost and occasionnaly pass the burden of aggro to someone else in your team, after all, you're a DPS, not a tank.
-Bountiful Chi Ressurgence, with Ressurgent Reiki, will be your other source of healing, and works best when swarmed by ennemies that won't let you sustain yourself with Siphoning Strikes from Ego Weaponry. Get Dodge Gear, Use Evasive Maneuvers, and you'll get over 50% dodge, which most of times, is enough to get the best out of BCR within the internal cooldown.
-Unbreakable and Masterful Dodge are your "OH [CENSORED]" buttons during the moments you were too hot headed, I've had the habit to always take two active defenses, but one is way enough, if you feel confident, you can drop one of them and choose a power of your liking, because I never mean you people to do exactly what I say.
A NOTE CONCERNING THE PASSIVE: ID Mastery is the default passive. BUT, nothing holds you from going Shadow Form if you got alot of secondary stat CON and wish for a semi stealth PvP toon. Another good idea would be Quarry: The pitiful non-physical damage boost is caught back with the EGO boost you'll get from the Audacity stacks, you'll still deal slightly less damage, but gain much more in defense, you can count on 70% idle dodge and nearly 45% avoidance with the audacity stacks, add Evasive Maneuvers on top of it and voila.

Now the PvP, aaaah.. PvP. Although it turned into a total joke these days, I'm still trying to put up a fight with subpar stuff against the highest caliber builds which sometimes proves to be efficient, however you need a few tweaks, only on the powers though.
Powers:
Lvl 1: Kinetic Darts
Lvl 1: Ego Weaponry - R2 R3 + Thought sever
Lvl 6: ID Mastery - R2 R3
Lvl 6: Athletics - R2 R3 + Versatility
Lvl 8: Molecular Self-Assembly
Lvl 11: Form of the Tempest
Lvl 14: Force Geyser - Nailed to the Ground
Lvl 17: Masterful Dodge
Lvl 20: Telekinetic Maelstrom - R2 R3
Lvl 23: Bountiful Chi Ressurgence - Ressurgent Reiki
Lvl 26: Ego Blade Annihilation - R2 + Mental Acuity
Lvl 29: Ego Blade Dash - Crippling Challenge
Lvl 32: Unbreakable - R2
Lvl 35: Smoke Grenade - Escape Artist / OR Evasive Maneuvers - Sleight of Mind
Lvl 35: Teleport
Lvl 38: Conviction - R2 R3
This is what I'm running right now. The deal is to be very aggressive. Geyser > Lunge > TK maelstrom > TK Annihilation, then spam the hell out of Ego Weaponry, rinse and repeat if the target if moving back or if you're forced to move back. Don't expect miracles though, because the Protector spec tree nerfed the Brawlers into oblivion which gives us a very hard time, but you should be able to put up a fight, and be of great utility in team fights, especially with TK maelstrom which stuns everyone and gives you leech stacks based on the number of opponents you hit, allowing you to unleash an even deadlier TK Blade Annihilation.
Be warned that the main default is also the fact that you'll be a ragdoll, the superstats are the same, however, for the lot of survivability you get from CON, you'll become a ragdoll due to the lack of STR which sometimes can get very upsetting.
And lastly. The second build still does fine in PvE, but you'll have to heavily rely on TK Maelstrom for the AOE damage, however.
There we go. This was made by your sadistic, cynical, and emotionless host, MrForz, thank you for reading and be careful out there!
