Hello.

It is not possible to play with my main charatacter, Free2Flame.
Less 30 seconds after the connexion in the game, the client crash.

There is no problem if i choose my 2 others characters.

Change the costume is not solving the problem.

3 Suggestions for you.

1. Use the /stuck or /unstuck command on that character.

(in game, you type /unstuck as if you were typing a chat message)

2. Have you tried verifying the game files?

On the game launcher, there is a few text links at the top of the window (top right part of the window)

News, Forums, Support, Manual, Options, Release Notes

Click Options

Put a tick in "Force Verify"

Click OK

Run and Champions will go through the game files and make sure they're all alright.

3. My other suggestion is to use the Oprions menu again, this time select safe mode and log your character in, then go to any other zone - e.g. Powerhouse, Canada, Desert... anywhere. Once you arrive, log out, exit Champions and then restart the game as you would normally.

It is a bit weird for one character to be causing a crash, but I've had it happen ages ago and ended up having to get a GM to port that character to Milennium City.

Best of luck to you !

The other option is to go into the CO launcher (where you put in your user/pass for the first time) and click on Options up top. From there, check 'Disable on-demand patching'. If you have a less than optimal internet connection, it can cause a lot of problems.

Keep in mind this will increase starting patch times however.

I have Erase the folder and re-install the game. And then, there is no crash anymore.

Thanks for your participation.
