I've found a fair number of the tooltips to be either vague or overly confusing.

An example of vague: While in combat, a small icon appears under my character portrait. I hover over it and it says simply "Arms Damage". It doesn't say what that means however. Am I taking arms damage? Is my arms damage boosted? Am I more susceptible to arms damage?

An example of confusing: I received a Qular Pistol as loot. The tooltip was larger than my screen height.
