On Thursday January 28th from 9 pm PST to 10 pm PST (5 am 1/29/10 to 6 am 1/29/10 GMT) we will be performing scheduled maintenance on the Cryptic Account system. During this time you will not be able to create or manage Cryptic accounts. Players will also be unable to login to the game. Players already in the game should not be affected. We apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your patience!

Is four minutes before the window really scheduled maintenance? In my line of work, if it isn't announced at least 24 hours ahead of time, it is unscheduled downtime.
