Summon Ally
So instead of generic wolves you could choose how they would look - character design open when you pick the power. (lperhaps limit how they would look - but give more customizabilty to people so that someone that have made a wizard could summon little demons. a celestial could design his own little angels etc.etc.etc

Buffing spells that require (are improved by number of people joining in on the ritual/group spell)
