Looking for an SG for LVL 40 toons

A little about me and my toons.

I love MMO's for the grouping aspect and running dungeons or group PvP. Currently I have ran all lairs but Nem Con. I tend to plan all my characters around a set of theories and try to play to that level. Lots of experience in MMO's and gaming.

I am over 18.

Currently I would like to find an active SG that loves to run lairs, PvP groups, or really any group content.

Not really into RP at all.

I have two 40's and a level 32 currently.

DPS Munitions toon

Spec Theory
- Built around aggro drops and reduction
- Single Target maintained DPS
- Burst AoE
- Cylinder AoE
- A host of self heals and survival tools

Healer/Buffer/DeBuffer

Spec Theory
- Single Target Burst heal
- Single Target Sustained heal
- AoE Sustained Heal
- Short Range AoE Burst Heal
- Mend Buff
- Sigils of Ebon Weakness for mob debuffing
- Shielding
- Ego Hold for debuffing/CC

My 32 is a tank.

Spec Theory
- Single Target Threat
- AoE threat through the use of sparkstorm/Gigavolt
- Max DMG Reduction build through the use of Invul/Defiance/Laser Knight/CoPD
- Small self heal
