No that I'm complaining ofc, but I got a no shards error before and got told after sending a ticket to account support that the game card time I have on my account was a bug, heck I didn't buy one and my 60 days MUST have expired by now. Then I decided to see if it would work just for kicks and it worked! I'm patching now.
