i just got the game yesterday i am lagging really bad i have put my video down to min, and i am still lagging can some one pkz help my spec of my pc is

One of your biggest problem is your CPU. This game is very CPU intensive and the CPU can not keep up.
I have a Pentium D with 8800 GTXOC and after a lot of adjusts ment on the games setting I average 25-35 fps.

Also you can just using the US or EU proxy server if you experience t lag and server discconnects.
