There was no patch announcement, thus no patch. Apparently it's not ready. I don't believe maintenance is officially scheduled for Tuesdays anyways.

They actually did notify on the client itself, but something is probably wrong
"Scheduled Maintenance: October 6th, 2009 3AM-5AM PDT. Patch notes are below!"

Yeah, was on the launcher in the "News" section that the patch would be applied today. Someone probebly got some dates mixed up or something.

The new patch notes are linked through on the main page, but they haven't been applied yet. Perhaps tomorrow.

Goodo, maybe there is still time for them to add a fix to the nemesis mission to it!

The patch got held off at the last minute due to an issue we discovered with our chat server. Most likely the patch will be good to go by tonight.

Or in the words of British Rail "The train that was due to arrive at 10.45am has been delayed due to a leaf on the track, normal service may resume tomorrow" :p

Funny story about leaves and railroads.

Did you know that falling leaves cost the railroads money? And I don't just mean the cost of paying someone to clear them away.

Leaves falling on the tracks get mashed by passing trains. If you have enough leaves, the resulting mash tends to stick to the rails and is actually a pain to clean off. It also makes the rails more slippery, so when a train has to stop it slides further after hitting the brakes. This in turn tends to create flat spots on the steel train wheels, which means increased maintenance requirements - which means more expenses.

Most rail companies really, really hate leaves.

They should set up Goalkeeper air defense systems at every hundred meters of the track to destroy every single leaf that comes close in a hail of overkill.

And we have issues with that.

What's fascinating is that Chat didn't realize she was on the server all by herself.

Must have been hallucinating the other players.

So are all of the things which were reported as being "broken" on the Test server forum like Flashfire fixed or are the broken versions just being passed along to live?
