Never noticed that Foxbat was sneaking around the celebration ceremony when you complete the tutorial.

That was hilarious. Especially his "Um..thanks again" comment and then running off :)

Yes, I noticed it too. I thought it was funny of Cryptic to put him in there. Foxbat is seeming to be an important character in this game. I sense good in him - maybe he should change to the side of good, and petition for Champion status. lol

What?! Where? I'm gonna have to make a new character to see that. I love me some Foxbat!

He is there, out of view. He will thank your champion for helping him before running off.

You only see him at the celebration if you rescue him from the rubble in the tutorial. I thought it was a pretty great touch myself. One of my favorite bits. :D

He's on the left side as you come down the last set of stairs to the Mayor. if you turn around, he's hiding behind the edge of the stairs, you can't see him normally, but if you cut back or turn around he's easy enough to spot. If you walk up to him, he does a brief "er, thanks agin." type spiel, then dashes off. As someone else noted, he's only there if you rescued him during the tutorial.

My friend showed me this one, yeah you have to rescue him to get him to show up at the ceremony.
