When I load in I see mention of downtime and the patch notes, but it isn't on the front page. Someone screw up?

Maybe Daeke did the patch notes first so he had something to link to.

I think my favorite change is fixing the bug that prevented unlocked items from being used in nemesis creation. Now I can use some of my nemesis ideas.
