Anyone else not able to get the Updater to...update?

or the game client to register the Account server? I cant log into game....is it down or something

Maybe it was just a particular zone...dunno.

All I get is "Account Service is termporarily down, please try again at a later time." Thi s is, of course, after I got booted from the game with a "Server Not Responding" message in red at the top fo the screen before it went down. It must be too early for anyone else to confirm or care to....think I might go to bed and forget about it.

For the future, stay clear of 1:15am to 1:30am, PST, on Friday nights....

I guess its the India Tech crew shift change....6.5 days working straight with no real answers or solutions. So now we get the new crew of mindless and hopeless people :-)

Dunno what happened. Obviously not many involved in a server kick.

I'm finally able to log back in after about 45 minutes, for what it's worth. 1:15am, PST to 2am, PST, on the nose. Go figure...

I had the same problem last night with getting booted from the game and then also not being able to connect to anything Cryptic (this included the account server in-game, the updater for the client and also the forums and home page), until i found this post on a "New proxy workaround for players having connection issues (http://forums.champions-online.com/showthread.php?t=77541)". So far since changing to the EU proxy in the client options, i have not had any DCs, or unable to connect messages.
