I love fighting Legendary and Cosmic giant world bosses. However the only frustrating part of this encounter, is that I cannot zoom out far enough to see what the boss is doing. With no tells, I have to learn by the Bosses body language and sometimes while focusing on surviving, it becomes difficult.

This is true for melee and close range characters, its kind of hard to see the top of their head when your focusing on punching their feet. The best you can do is pay attention to their stance. They're normally always walking in place or to the person they're attacking, as soon as you see them stop completely or straighten their legs/ change positions in any way block until they go back to walking. I wish they would add a better warning but I doubt it would be easy since its hard to hear/ see the damn thing (even if they where to add a change in color) due to everyone's powers going off on it at once. Maybe they could add a roar or scream before they do the "big" moves?

Or just allow us to zoom our cameras out more than 4 feet would help, too

Perhaps using a slash command like:

/camdist 100
/camdist 150
/camdist 200

would help to alleviate the problem? You'll probably need to fiddle a bit with the number portion of that slash command to find one that lets you see above the cosmic villain's head while still keeping your toon big enough on the screen to keep track of what you're doing.
