Rain of Steel builder nerfed?

Logged on today to try out some powers in the powerhouse.

Head to the dummies and start building energy.

Rain of steel is now taking almost twice as long to generate a full bar.

Did I miss something in the patch notes?

I feel like I noticed a change to the energy builders recently. They all feel weaker now than they did when I tested them extensively a few weeks ago. But sigh, there is no longer any way for me to be sure.

Energy builders sometimes work funky on dummies. Try different dummies and see if it changes. Also, post a combat log with just your energy builder running for a bit and let us know your max energy and what energy percent is listed on your Rain of Steel tooltip.

Thanks for the advice Galactiman. Just tried several dummies and the energy return varied among each one. As long as it works fine against real mobs it's cool.
