Where is the MARS Team located for the optional part of the "Harmon Convergence" quest? I need to make contact with the MARS Team, but when I go to the circle that is supposed to mark their location, all I find is a series of empty ramps that run down into the water.
Has anyone done this quest successfully and found the MARS Team?

try waiting there for a bit,maybe someone killed them,and they just need to respawn

I waited around that area, searching all over the tiny circle for about 45 minutes tonight, but I never saw the MARS Team. Where are they? Top of the ramps? Bottom? In the water? In a very well-hidden instance?

They are supposed to be at the top of the ramps and one of them will give a quest.
If you dont find them on the current instance you're in, try the others. It's either an insane respawn timer or buggy respawn timer for the MARS team.
