This may be stating the obvious here, and not to say that the other zones are, but...
I never cease to be amazed by how much effort Cryptic can put into a city, this is something that can be missed if one is just zipping around the skies and dropping down only to battle, but I've been spending some time flying along the roads and just enjoying the sights. There are so many little touches there that are probably rarely ever appreciated.
I know I've mentioned how much respect I have for Cryptic's art/design team before, but again I think it's necessary, because the attention to detail borders on the worryingly obsessive. Thus far, Millennium City is one of my favourite cities, and I tend to enjoy it even more so than GTA IV's. That might be because of all the bright, vibrant colours, the cheesy undertones, and the absurd travel powers, but still...
