Also Defiance seems to stack the dmg resist so it seems to trump Invul when receiving constant dmg.

I use regen for every build I have. Its just to nice to be able to block and build health back up while you get beat on. The others would be better if there is sombody healing you though I would think.

Defiance is redundant with defensive combo.. With Invul + defiant buff from defensive combo, the dmg mitigation is pretty nice! For numbers check this post:
