Best Energy Form for PVP?

Title says it all.

I like the darkness one but not sure if it's any good in PVP.

Electricity maybe?

I haven't tried enough to make any comments on what's "best", but what I do know is that I really like Ice form. Chill and ice cages proc a ton, and makes it extremely easy to work the LoS in your favor.

They buff different types of damage. What type of damage do you plan on using? Elemental? Dimensional? Magic?
