i have an ice champ, i get the nano swarm with rejuvenating injectors and rank 2 and is a S* really, only 450 on lev 14 (2000 health on guardian stance) and is over time with a long cooldown.
i was thinking in get regeneration too, but that is a pasive.
i want an advice on active self heals.
plz any help here. thnx

Have you been crafting? Sadly, the crafted band-aids (from arms, not sure what the others have) are better than resurgence.

In my limited experience with heals, they all kinda suck without presence as a super stat. Drones used t obe cool in CB, but apparently not so much anymore. Someone else may have better info than me though. I agree with the statement about the crafted items. They are listed under "consumables" at your trainer.

Assuming you're not a presence fiend, your best bet is to stack the self heals that occur over time. None of them are all that impressive in of themselves, but stacked they do OK.
Ego Sprites - This is an all around nice power. The healing that occurs is just a bonus.
Bountiful Chi Resurgence - Costs almost nothing. You'll get tired of hitting it every 12 seconds though.
Bionic Shielding - Somewhat expensive with a LONG cooldown. Good only if you have a spare power slot.
Field Drones - Nerfed to be nearly useless and with crappy AI programming, these are still OK for "free" healing once in a while.
Devour Essence - I have limited experience with this. It seems to heal OK if you're up against weak enemies but I haven't had much success in using it against even slightly high DPS opponents.
Resurgence - I also have limited experience with this. It's meant to be used with Regeneration, but I don't think having Regeneration is necessary. It's probably an OK instant heal but with a LONG active defense cooldown timer.
Psionic Healing - This can be tapped for a quick self-heal but it's fairly pathetic without high presence.
I suggest putting them off until you're done getting your bread and butter powers, and you'd do a lot better to prevent damage from occurring in the first place with a good defense.

I find with my munitions build, lvl 23,
Submachine Gun, with Aggression (100% chance to cause bleed on target while in melee range)
Devour Essence, with Phlebotomist (double heal while target is bleeding)
If i time my heal at around 15%-25%, using block to get into position and gain full energy, i can get a close to full heal, that has helped me get through MANY MANY long fights! Sounds like a lot to set up, but I have it down now!

The bandaids are basic arms (called healing patch or something, I forget). They are under the consumable tab at the trainer. The mats are easy, and they heal fairly well.

Resurgence is probably the best option if you're just looking for a basic self heal. No strings attached it'll heal you for about 1/3 of your HP with a 90 second cooldown. Taking nanobots can help you reduce that cooldown.

Be aware that Phlebotomist is getting nerfed to 150% down from 200%.

healing in this game seems to have been meant to be combined with some other form of damage mitigation.
haveing regen, a good shield and bountiful chi (even a shield without a lingering effect) i've found to be extremely effective in t his game.

i alredy have the nanobots with the healing upgrade.
so resurgence maybe is the best choice for me.

Resurgence is under 1/4 of your max HP, and the 1 minute timer is pants. Takes less time to get up and get back to a boss...:p
Devour Essence, if you're specced for lots of bleed, is good. And heal patches too.
Edit: DE wasn't working, but is now...must've just been me :P It's good, btw.
Arms has the poorest heals I thought though? Mysticism is best, bigger heal, instant. Science is HoT (same amount as Mysticism over X seconds)

But arms may be poorest, but it's also the cheapest to make. Granted I can't speak for Mysticism, but first got Arms to 300, then realized there wasn't much for me there that I could really use, thus went Science and got that up to 300. The Mats for HOTs in Science are almost double what you need for Arms which is pretty insane.

For mysticism, the mats are pretty significant, but it basically amounts to a full heal(unless you have a ton of con), and it does damage equal to half of the healing 30 seconds later.

Is Force Shield the one that builds energy while blocking and continues for several seconds after block? (I can't remember myself) If so, it's supposed to be good.

ahhh ahhhh i thought so, yes so defenily i for it, cause for chill i take after this at lev 23 ice breath with frost bite for 100% chance of chill.

If you are an ice build, the chill on the mobs will be more valuable than the energy from force field in my opinion. If you are not ice it can still be useful for pvp for example and it can snare a mob that wants to kite you but force field is more valuable overall.

indeed but the chill status is almost up, just for the ice wall or with the ice breath with froze bite, and i will get in some lev ice storm, so chill isn't an ussue.

The several seconds after block is a 1 point rank advantage for Force Shield.
However, be careful if your getting for the energy builder great, but if your getting for that extra decrease in damage after, that's getting nerfed come next patch from what people have said on the test server.
