well im only level 17 at the moment, but i decided to try and plan out my future build. i love PVPing, so this build is PVP focused.

please let me know what you think of it :D

Level 17: Laser Sword -- Particle Acceleration, Crippling Challenge

Not sure why you would want particle acceleration on this. From what I hear it makes the energy cost fairly high and only debuffs particle damage, which you don't seem to have much of at all. Just something to check into further ;) And you already have crippling challenge on Ice blast. Don't think I would take it twice.

Also, not sure of your concept, but Shatter really benefits from all your ice burst, snow storm and ice breath which you seem to be taking much later in your build. May want to work them in a little sooner so you can to get the full, brutal benefit from shattering them and the awesome crowd control they provide. just my opinion. I am far from an ice guru ;)

I recommend checking out this other thread (http://forums.champions-online.com/showthread.php?t=114331) for details on Ice PvP builds.

I admitt that the advice I give there is oriented strictly towards an Ice/Shatter type build that revolves completely around mobility and spiking. There are other ways to build a PvP Ice build, but most of them revolve around Hard Frost on Ice Blast -- which works well for the first few tiers but drops off fast in the later tiers where defense stacking is prevalent. Ice Blast spam and Shatter are Ice's real main two points of dealing damage, since the rest is pretty much various forms of Crowd Control. Snowstorm has the potential to deal significant AE damage, but it's slow compared to a good Shatter spike.
