Is this even close to being viable ? My Super stats are Str and con and my talents are a mix of STR/CON/END.

Viable. You'll do much better than seven out of ten people out there.

The superstats are right, and the skills are not too shabby either. You may want to adjust the details as you go along, but it is a very solid base.

Maybe swap Retaliation and Haymaker - that early in the game you need a poweful attack more than you need a block enchancer?

All in all, very well done.

I'd prolly take the Surge of Strength advantage over Rank 2 for Defensive Combo if not using Defiance, or you won't really build any stack of Defiant anywhere fast otherwise. Without the advantage, it's: 3 Def Combo = 1 stack of Defiant. With the advantage, each Def Combo gives you a change to a stack of Defiant on top of the 1 Stack every 3 Def Combo. Though of course less damage and added threat.

Uppercut is definifetly a better choice than Haymaker in my book; sure it does less damage for the same charging time (Haymaker does nearly 50% more), but the effect being a knockup instead of a knockback means the target is still in place (and you can actually chain them if you start charging the next at the right time - not too fast so that you can actually charge it, but not too slow so that the target is still at range), while with Haymaker you have to chase the mob around (and it can be knocked back up in the middle of a wall out of your range). Head Trauma is a nice advantage too.

Personnaly I'd delay the block enhancement for later, and take Shockwave as soon as possible (while taking Thunderclap very soon too, it's very nice), as it's by far your best option to eradicate the henchmens.

Roomsweeper I haven't really found much situations to use it here (I think I used it once when I was really swamped and mainly used the added damage, though the knockback wasn't so bad as they were melee mobs who came back to me).

A note on Lifedrain by the way, as I just took the power: although unlike Devour Essence it's not stated in the description, it works only on living creatures, so it won't work on undead (tested), and prolly not on destroids as well.

I saw you didn't take Mighty Leap, it can be very handy though, to close in on some mob that ran away, or root them in place if you fully charge it (can be useful to get to that mob that's targeting someonelse, even better if you add the taunt advantage).

Finally, I don't really know yet, as that would require some high level testing, but as you made a tank build, some aggro/taunt advantages could be useful.
