I think Regen since it's passive which would allow for a power that does more direct damage then Lifedrain.

Is this even a question? Regen heals for more, is passive so doesn't require a channel which is vastly better, because of that you can put out better damage then life drain, life drain requires an enemy to heal, the list goes on and on.

Yes.

Now mix in Dark Transfusion (With Blood Sacrifice) and all your damage is +50%.

Buuut.. regen gets switched off during dark transfusion. How do you survive?

Life drain!

Well, if you get Regen you don't get another passive defensive like Invulnerability for example, that's to be considered. Though, what's been said above still stick.
Additionnaly, Lifedrain will work only on living targets, so not on undeads, and prolly not on destroids either.

How about regen and lifedrain? Should be able to get life back pretty fast then no?

Regeneration + Resurgence might be better (although Resurgence is 90s timer), but maybe the three together ;)

Lifedrain does not work on robots. You may have seen a random tick of healing from some other advantage, but the actual Lifedrain heal does not work on non-living targets.
