Pickaxe sword replacers

I know they exist, but I can't seem for the life of me to be able to find one.

Anyone happen to know if they are crafted or quested by chance?

I've seen them for double blades> Not sure how they are acquired.

They're from a mission or random drop.

I have them and I've not bought any Power Replace outside Arms (for research/materials) and they aren't available among the Arms Power Replaces.
