Hi all, I'm just trying to figure out if this is a viable build at this time. Most likely it will need some work, but hey at least it looks fun.

Why both LR and PFF?

Mini Mines is worth putting two more points into for rank 2. Personally I'd take those points from Masterful Dodge.

Noticed no Frag Nade, now haven't played with this spec before so I may be wrong but I thought they were good.

I spec'd frag in, tried it, laughed at the wimpy damage and spec'd it out.

Just hit shotgun twice. Less energy, more damage than frag grenade.

Shotgun knock downs will have a diminishing return next patch; additionally, if you take Breaching Rounds and Frag Grenades you can get back to back knock downs. Each BR knock down comes with a 5 second immunity to subsequent BR knock downs.

The value of Frag Grenade is not its damage, its the CC utility.

Did some tweaking then. Took out PFF and went with a heal.

From my experience Bountiful Chi is worthless. And I noticed you have no shield. It's almost a must to survive these days. My munitions is currently Regen, Kinetic Shield, Resurgence. Very good survivability.

My level 16 munitions guy has Regen and Force Shield (with Force sheath). My current tactic is build a bit of energy, launch some mini mines (with wall of fire), and then 2GM the survivors. That's it, and it works very well against even con groups of henchmen and if I'm careful, I can take on groups a couple of levels higher than me.
