I have a couple suggestions for improving the game.
1) There are missions where people run up to you on the street and share a mission with you. These are not shareable. This is incredibly annoying if you are grouped with someone. My husband and I the game together, but since we cannot share these missions, and the person doesn't seem to run up to everyone in the group, we end up having to drop them.
2) The chat menu could use a few improvements. I'd like to be able to click on someone's name and use that to invite them into a group. It would also be nice if talking in different channels just involved a /s or /t or something easier like that. Maybe I've missed it, but it seems a bit clunky.
3) It would be really nice if there was some simplier way of taking people from different instances and having them all join the same instance. Maybe the leader could have a queue group into same instance ability. Once again, maybe I've missed this feature, but it isn't easily found if it's there.
I'm still enjoying the game and understand that these things take time.
