I have an awesome robotic costume and I was thinking of making a Power Armor - Electric DPS hybrid. It initially seems like this could work since electrical form boosts particle damage. Any suggestions on how to go about this? Also, what stats would you focus on. Thanks!

PA offense and elec damage abilities themselves won't mix well.
PA attacks are designed to toggle and fire at the same time. While electric are not.
What you can do, its build a PA build, and take electric form, and electric sheath to boost your offense.
Eye beam is fire damage btw. Conc, chest, laser sword and power gaunt are particle. shoulder is crushing and fire. Micro munitions is crushing. and chain gun is piercing.
