I am making a basic, no super powers, spells or abilities type of person. The basic idea is for someone who could have joined a gang to gain their rep, but decided to try becoming a hero instead. You get to do pretty much the same things, but are more respected.
I want to only have abilities that a normal person would have access to. I am looking at munitions for the pistol attacks and maybe shotgun since almost anyone can get those weapons. For other attacks, I was looking at single/dual blade and maybe martial arts. I was thinking of getting the AoE attacks from them for when mobs get into melee range.
Focus is Dex/Ego

Not too sure how well Lightning Reflexes works out, but it was the only thing I could think of the used my super stats.
That is what I have so far. The character is only level 6 at the moment. Any ideas on how to finish the build or do something better/different, please post your ideas. Any help will be appreciated.
