PA Build ... thoughts?

I'm mostly going to be going solo for PvE due to play time constraints, but love to PvP as well. The PA suite's toggle abilities seem interesting, so that is where I've gravitated so far.

After the eye beam and PFF nerfs, though, my plans no longer made sense ... let me know what you think of the build, and where it could be improved.
